Variable data adds a personalized dimension to any piece. We have extensive experience in both variable data merges and match mailings. The variable data options are endless, for instance coupon offers, donor amounts, or representative information to name a few. Utilizing a 2D barcode on match mailings ensures accuracy.

Need your product to have extra durability or that “wow” factor? We can add coating to your product; options include gloss, satin, soft touch, dull varnish, and spot UV.

Books that are not saddlestitched can be spiral bound or perfect bound. A few options for spiral bound are plastic, wire, or double-o wire. We are knowledgeable in preparing our products for perfect binding.

In order to guarantee the highest quality product for our clients, we continue to invest in state-of-the-art bindery equipment. Using this equipment we are confident to keep everything under our roof and be in full control of all jobs. Elman Print’s extensive bindery is able to add finishing touches on all products; whether that is a score, perforation, fold, and/or laminate. We also have capabilities to drill, round corner, and glue.

Creating a custom die is an art that we are proud to offer. The opportunities are endless with our Kama ProCut 76; pocket folder (with gusset), kiss cut labels, boxes, door hangers, pocket brochures, and company logos, to name a few. An advantage to diecutting is the ability to create and assemble 3D objects for a unique piece.

The ability to add an extra dimension to any project comes with an emboss or deboss. Our Kama ProCut 76 can create the raised or cratered feature on a project and even include multiple levels of (de)embosses.

The final ability on our Kama ProCut 76 is the foilstamp feature. Adding a foil stamp in your company color can make any project stand out from the rest. Whether it is a small piece of fine writing or a large flood of foil, Elman can make it happen.

Our inventory management system offers a unique service that allows our customers to print their products with Elman Print in bulk. We will store, manage, and ship/deliver on an as needed basis – making the lives easier for our clients.
